I am the manager of my son's Little League team. Our league requires each team to "keep the book", and after a few games, I needed a way to summarize the data I had collected, so I constructed Turn 2 Stats to satisfy my need for information.

At the beginning, I was interested in monitoring the players' performances as a curiosity, but when I looked at the data, it contained a few surprises. I realized it would help me make decisions about setting the line up and pitching rotation for the next game, and it also showed me which kids needed more help at practice.

Naturally, the reports are only as good as your book. Everyone agrees that scoring a game is a very subjective process. If you can apply some consistency to the way you score each game, the software will help you manage your team.
